We were happy to know that our dog's photo we sent you with our ideas of what we had in mind were acknowledged and how you combined your work to have our ideas laser engraved on the laser engraved granite grave stone. It was great to know that we would receive a number of proofs of different looks for us to choose from and decide what we wanted from them before any work was commenced on the memorial pet marker. We were reassured that only the proof we chose, setup with our dogs photo would be the one you would have on the memorial pet grave stone. Your site was also exceptional in providing us with steps of the process all the way, when it would be shipped, when it was shipped and when it would arrive. It was also great when our address was not listed because of the new development how you held our order until we could come up with another place to deliver it. You helped our situation to solve a problem before it developed.
It was also nice to be offered a follow up on our order to be sure all was well.
